Advantages and separation effects of advection air flotation machine
- Dec 25, 2018 -

In the process of operation, the flat-flow air flotation machine is mainly based on air compressor or dissolved air pump, which dissolves a large amount of air into the water body, and suddenly generates a large amount of micro-bubbles in the water when decompressing, capturing SS and colloid in water. And adsorbed with it, forming a floating body surface surface with a specific gravity smaller than water, and removing it from the water by a scraping device, and the main body of the device for purifying water quality is a rectangular steel structure.

The main components of the advection air flotation machine are composed of a dissolved air pump, an air compressor, a dissolved gas tank, a rectangular box body, an air floating system, a mud scraping system and the like. The dissolved gas tank generates dissolved gas water, and the dissolved gas water is released to the water to be treated by a release pressure. The air dissolved in the water is released from the water to form tiny fine bubbles of 20-40 um, and the microbubbles are combined with the suspended matter in the sewage, so that the specific gravity of the suspended matter is less than water, and gradually floats to the surface to form scum. A scraper system is provided on the water surface to scrape the scum into the sludge tank. Clear water enters the clear water pool from the lower part through the overflow trough.

Advantages of the use of the advection air flotation machine

1. Large processing capacity, high efficiency, and small footprint.

2. The process and equipment are simple in structure, easy to use and maintain.

3. Can eliminate sludge expansion.

4. Aeration in the air during air flotation has a significant effect on the removal of surfactants and odors in the water. At the same time, the aeration increases the dissolved oxygen in the water, which provides favorable conditions for subsequent treatment.
