Industrial wastewater treatment system treatable wastewater types
- Jun 12, 2018 -

Industrial wastewater treatment systems, which can be used to treat high-concentration industrial wastewater, can also be referred to as high-concentration industrial wastewater treatment systems.

The composition of an industrial wastewater treatment system, specifically, three units of a sewage pretreatment unit, an MCR treatment unit, and an RO treatment unit. Among them, the MCR processing unit includes the pH adjustment tank, the coagulation reaction tank, the MCR film tank, and the MCR production tank, and the RO processing unit has the filter and the RO membrane assembly.

Industrial wastewater treatment systems, which can process industrial wastewater or sewage, are mainly those that are:

Category 1: Dye and printing and dyeing wastewater, coking wastewater and petrochemical wastewater;

Category 2: wastewater from the leather industry, wastewater from the paper industry, and wastewater from wood processing;

Category 3: Electroplating wastewater, printing wastewater, mining wastewater, and other wastewater containing heavy metals;

Category 4: Organic phosphorus agricultural wastewater and organic chlorine agricultural wastewater.

The treatment technology of industrial wastewater treatment systems, if classified according to the degree of treatment, can be divided into primary, secondary and tertiary treatment, and the specific level is determined by the condition of the water quality and the direction of the treated water. .

Primary treatment: The removal of solid contaminants suspended in sewage or wastewater. Therefore, there are many physical treatment methods. However, the treated wastewater does not meet the emission standards.

Secondary treatment: It mainly removes colloids and organic pollutants in wastewater, and the removal rate can reach more than 90%, while the removal rate of suspended solids can reach 95%. Therefore, its effluent effect is better.

Tertiary treatment: It is to further remove the refractory organics and soluble inorganic substances in the wastewater. In the removal method, there are sand filtration, electrodialysis, activated carbon adsorption, ion exchange, coagulation precipitation and Biological denitrification and phosphorus removal method etc.
